Lake Winnibigoshish (Lake Winnie) is a legendary Minnesota walleye lake. Each year numerous trophy walleyes are pulled from our pristine waters. Plus, Lake Winnie routinely provides beautiful “eater” sized walleyes (which seem to grow as the days and nights go on). We have a SIX FISH WALLEYE limit! No matter if you’re a novice or a seasoned angler, Lake Winnie fishing offers something for everyone. Lake Winnie produces many trophy size Northern Pike and Musky.
In addition to these widely sought after fish, Lake Winnie also has excellent populations of Crappies, Sunfish, and a virtually untouched population of huge Largemouth Bass. Unlike some other lakes, Lake Winnie is easily fished throughout the summer. Lake Winnie is full of structure including humps and bars. Walleyes can be caught by using a variety of methods including live bait rigs, trolling spinners, jigs, crankbaits and slip bobbers.

There are three casinos just a short drive from your cabin along with great shopping in nearby Grand Rapids, Walker and Bemidji, MN. If you enjoy a round of golf, there are several championship courses a chip shot away.
