Deposits:
- Cabins 2, 3A, 3B, 7, 8, 9A, 9B, 10 & 11 require a $200 deposit per cabin per week.
- Cabins 1A, 1B, 5, 6, Duplex 3, and Duplex 9 require a $300 deposit per cabin per week.
- Cabin deposits are Non-refundable.
- Extra Person Charge is $150/week/person or $30/day/person over the rated occupancy. Children under the age of 1 stay free.
- Our rental weeks run from Saturday to Saturday. Daily rates require a 3 night minimum stay between Saturdays.
- NO PETS are allowed in cabins 1A, 1B, 5 & 6. Pets are allowed in the other cabins for a fee of $75/week/pet or $15/day/pet. Pets must be cleaned up after, on a leash, and never left in the cabin alone. Pets not being cleaned up after will be charged additional fees. You are financially responsible for any damages caused by your pet.
- No-smoking in cabins 1A, 1B, 5 & 6 as these are smoke free cabins.
- One dock space is included with each weekly cabin rental. Additional dock space is $50/week or $10/day. Electricity is available at the docks.
- Please bring your own bath towels, dish towels, and dish soap.
- All rentals are subject to 6.5% Minnesota sales tax.
- Check-in not before 3 pm. Check-out by 9am. Please respect these times so we can properly prepare for your arrival.
- All rates are subject to change. Please call to confirm rates. You are responsible for the full length of your reservation.
- Guide Service is available. Please arrange this in advance of your stay.

Duplexes: There is a minimum charge of $320/night (8 people) to rent a duplex cabin.

A $100 deposit is required to reserve motorized watercraft. This deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your reservation.
A credit card and drivers license are required for a damage deposit and rental agreement upon arrival.
Renters are financially responsible for any damage caused to motors or watercraft.
Gas and oil are not included in the rental rate.
All rentals are subject to 6.5% Minnesota sales tax.
